A very bizarre idea that popped into my head when my fiance and I were watching an episode of CSI.He asked me what animal he would be if he were one.
When I answered I dunno he said that maybe he could be a German Sheperd (born year of the dog and is German) or maybe a dragon.
So the wheels in my head started turning then and I was thinking "Hmm, or maybe both.... A German Sheperd Dragon!"
So I grabbed my sketch pad and a pencil and started drawing. I chose the Eastern dragon because my fiance makes me think of an Eastern dragon more than a Western Dragon.
The hind legs suck.... and so does much of this dragon's lower half. I concentrated more on his head than anything else, and I still don't think it really looks like a German Sheperd.
Snout's too short I think.
Beh, oh well. At any rate, it came out ok. =]
And come to think of it, it's not SO strange. It's not like doggish-dragons haven't been done before.
Can we say Falcor? (Neverending Story, genius).
And in Spirited Away, the dragon kinda looked doglike....only kinda. A little.... When you look in the right angle. O.o
