I can Imagine Papyrus trying not to hurt the pokemon and capture dem all, until he run out of PC Boxes, or Money to buy more pokeballs.
Or he have infinite Pokeballs?

Actually I could see Papyrus beating all the pokemon down and somehow always stopping at 1hp before capturing them. Without the use of False Swipe.
Just like he did with the human.

I feel like pap would talk gotta catch em' all way to litteraly and would try to catch Every Pokemon he came across whether or not he had the Pocket creature in his pocket Dex XD

Probably his entire team knows false swipe, even things that normally wouldn't be able to learn false swipe.

Trainer: We are in a battle you can't catch a trainers pokemon.
Papyrus: *throws a heal ball anyways... It worked.*
Trainer: WTF *sends out his next pokemon*
*false swipe then heal ball works for the next five pokemon (how I don't know)*
Papyrus: Here you go. *hands the heal balls to the trainer* see. no one had to get hurt too much, And they are now at max health.
