You can see how the wig is styled better in this picture.I cosplayed Pearl for Rose City Comic Con this weekend. It was a fun change to cosplay a fairly simple character compared to the Cadance cosplays I've done for EFNW. The only major challenge was the wig styling. Once I figured that out though, everything fell into place. Even though this costume is pretty simple people loved it. I, along with the other people in my Steven Universe group, got stopped for a lot of pictures.

I have a question: I'm cosplaying the young Pearl for my Halloween costume. I'll be styling a wig. But did you use hair gel, or what did you use to style the wig with? Amazing cosplay btw! ^^

I used craft glue. In particular Aleene's tacky glue, but I'm sure any similar product would work. It also has a stuffed cone of felt as a base structure for the hair. Fortunately, young Pearl's hair isn't as gravity defying as older Pearl, so you probably won't have to go through quite as much to get it to hold the shape!
