that is if I take the optional extension on the trip, I am going to China, but all i know that I'm for sure going to is Beijing, Xian, and Shanghai Hong Kong is optional and I hope we go ^^

Spring weather in Hong Kong (March - May), can bring wonderfully warm days with clear blue skies, or it can bring apocalyptic downfalls, resulting in black rainstorm warnings. Humidity is also relatively mild. Try and check the weather ahead of time, where possible, to find a clear patch.
