Nice picture. Peach is kinda wack i cant believe you use her. Well my main in soins just like in dbz budokai 3 my main is kid buu. We all have favorites! That background it neat. It fits each character. Nicely done.

really nice work on drawing; it's great to see how far you've come! not much I can suggest to make this better (screw backgrounds, they're overrated!) except, have you tried scanning this at a higher resolution? I find that it makes things a lot more crisp at the final version.

some more notation on that higher resolution thing. granted, it takes a lot of patience, but you get the lines looking less pixelated. once you have the lineart as streamlined as you can make it, you shrink it down to the size you want.
Generally, this can be all accomplished via Photoshop, however you can scan right away at a higher resolution (it makes for a whole lot less pixelation than if you scanned at a lower resolution, then used photoshop to make it larger.)
also, consult *getty 's "How to draw Lineart" and "How to Soft Cell Shading" tutorials for photoshop tips!
