The look she gave him made him nervous to continue. "I-" He swallowed uncertainly, now completely unsure how she would respond. "I want to move to Heylguard." He waited, looking uncomfortable. "But I would never make you and Nollan move if you both didn't want to." If they wanted to stay in Chandor, he would certainly stay with them. He couldn't help how he felt or where he felt he needed to be, but if they would be unhappy in Heylguard he would never make them go.

Impala

Her golden eyes were fixed on the white male as he said exactly what she had expected. But still, to hear it was a shock. Her gaze drifted off for a moment, out toward the horizon behind him. She had always served under Alpha Gregor or one of his children. Three generations, in fact. And a Beta to all three. It was all she had ever known. How can I leave them? How can I leave that behind? she couldn’t help but ask herself, her chest tightening at the very thought.

But there were other factors about this, and other responsibilities for her to consider. The first and foremost of which was the wolf laying right beside her, his pale yellow eyes resting anxiously on her face as he waited for her answer. She looked back into his eyes. Oden was the most selfless wolf she knew, constantly putting her before himself. He would never ask such a thing from her, not unless it was something really important to him.

And then of course she had to understand how he felt about Fitu… she had her own kin, after all. Her sister Gypsee. The thought of the silver she-wolf brought sweet sadness flooding through Impala’s mind. It was through her that Impala understood the strength of kinship. She hadn’t seen Gypsee in years, she had disappeared along with her mate and pups… If Impala had known that her last visit with Gypsee would be her last time seeing her, would she have ever left her side? Probably not… she realized. Understanding washed over her, softening her shock, and she smiled up at Oden.

Impala felt anxiety for what Nollan would think of this. She loved her adopted son fiercely and hoped desperately that they would stay together. But at the end of the day Nollan was an adult now, and he would have to make his own choice, a choice she would have to respect. Regardless, Impala knew where she would go. She would go with her mate, stay by his side. More than anywhere else, that is where she belonged. She pressed her head under his chin, “Okay, Oden,” she said, “ Then that’s where we’ll go.”

Impala and Oden make the decision to move to Heyl during their honeymoon trip to the ocean <3 This bg and shade killed me, I hope it looks okay anyway haha.

Impala felt as light as a feather. Never had the she-wolf been as happy as she felt right now, walking through the vast and unfamiliar wilderness toward the salty scent that announced the nearby sea. It felt as if she was back in her youth, as an Emissary in Kausen, finding new lands to uncover. This time the lands she would see were lands she had always dreamed of, the lands that ended with the roaring sea. But what made this adventure far better than just a trip, she was with her beloved mate, Oden.
The big white male had invited her on an ocean getaway, so they could spend quality time together and she could finally behold this awe-inspiring feature of the world. She let out a sigh, excitement coursing through her limbs with each breath of the faint ocean breeze. She looked over at Oden, her tail wagging and her orange eyes bright with excitement, “We’re getting close,” she said said giddily, veering slightly off her path to bump Oden affection

Sorry for the delays with literally everything, been without wifi since Friday and was already pretty behind on replies to everything even before then too... so yeah I apologize, and over the next few days will be working to catch up!
