Description
Longbow made from a red oak board. 6 feet long, 1" wide at the grip, tapers to about 3/4". Roughly 40# at 28" draw.Named it Dracul because of a mishap trying to stain it darker - the dark red stain I was using would not adhere to the wood and splashed all over the place. The effect ended up looking like either fire or blood, so I named it "Dracul" - Dragon. Easy, smooth drawing bow. It took very little if any set over 100 shots - I'm not sure how I pulled that off.
