Description An early Christmas gift for my mother. She was pestering me to draw her a still life for a while now, until I finally relented (just like my father did when she asked him the same thing a few years ago). I hope it turned out not worse than my dad's oil painting, too bad I can't provide a link for comparison.

Usually when drawing a still life, an artist has the actual composition in front of them for reference. I didn't have that, so I just used some reference photos and my own imagination.

The tulips are so colorful! I love them

Better later than never. I'm kinda proud of this picture. Oh yes, my mom loved it. She put it in a frame and hung it in the kitchen, where she can see it everyday.

Thank you! I'm quite pleased with how this picture turned out. I don't do too many realistic drawings, so it was a pleasant change. Yes, my mom loved it, she framed it and hung on the wall in the kitchen, where she can see it everyday.

Woow! I just can't describe how much beautiful this is!
You know, all your art is simple wonderful and if I had to comment in every artwork of yours I couldn't use different words for them but always repeat the same like "beautiful", "amazing", "awesome", "gorgeous", "spectacular"... Because that's actually what your artworks are!

Those roses and fruits look so lovely and the colors are so bright and vivid!

Oh, you are flattering me. Thank you, that really means a lot. I loved coloring this. Bright colors! I had to be careful not to make a mess, because my mom wanted to put this picture in a frame and hang on the wall next to my dad's painting. And yes, my mom was really happy with it, I'm so glad I could give her joy.
