Description Acrylic, Derwent InkTense pencils, Prismacolor colored pencils on Strathmore Pastel Paper.

Lately I've been puttering about with painting digitally. That's all well and good until my buddy Vic calls up on a Monday asking me if I had a piece I could donate for a charity auction. I tell him sure -- I've got piles and piles of stuff.

Great, he says. He needs it by Wednesday.

No problem. I finally get around to looking Monday night, and discover that while, yes, I *do* have piles and piles of artwork, none of it is framed. And, apparently, none of it will fit into the 16X20 frame that I *do* have available. Everything I have is 18X24 or larger.

Everything.

Well, I can't afford to go out and buy a frame large enough for my existing work, so I had to come up with something that *would* fit into the 16X20 frame. After two false starts, this is the result.

Thank you -- I had to work kinda fast, and cropping in usually seems to help with that.
