This reminds me of the book I just read... Battle Royale by Koushun Takami. The basic premise is that 42 Japanese junior high students get put on a island, are given weapons, and told that the last person surviving is the winner of the "Program" (a sick game the government does). And if no one dies whithin a 24 hour time period, all the kids will get blown up by the collars installed on their necks. After a while, some of the kids start loosing it and basically just shoot at anyone who comes by, friend or not.. so this is what your photo reminds me off. Also, that the paint kind of looks like primal war paint.. Anyway, I like the angry colours in your photo. They portray the idea well.
