You guys might remember the two Simba x Nala cubs I posted a while ago, well here they are, I finally finished their ref sheets, and boy do I love how they came out! x) These guys are younger brothers to Kiara, and older brothers to Kion.

On the left: Jabali (meaning "strong as a rock").

The older (and bigger) of the two, born only a few minutes prior to his brother. He quite well lives up to his name and is a very strong and muscular lion, resembling his grandfather Mufasa a lot in appearance. Jabali has a very laid back and carefree attitude, he hardly takes anything seriously and instead of focusing on learning about the circle of life and royal traditions, he would much rather spend his days lazing about and flirting with lionesses - whom he LOVES getting attention from. He knows he's popular among the ladies, and has sort of let it get to his head, which can make him sometimes appear a little arrogant and smug, but he is by no means a bad guy. Jabali is very family oriented and deep down he is a "gentle giant", a brave young lion who would do anything to protect his family and pride.

On the right: Jalil (meaning "greatness").

Born a few minutes after his brother, Jalil was a very weak cub and at first it didn't seem like he was going to make it, but to everyone's surprise, he eventually did pull through. Jalil is a complete opposite to Jabali, not only in size but also personality wise; he's curious, responsible and considerate, and he always thinks before he acts, and he quite often acts as the voice of reason of the duo. Even though, his brother hardly ever listens to his voice of reason. Jalil can appear a little clumsy and socially awkward at times, especially among the ladies, but he never lets it bother him. Unlike his brother, Jalil is more interested in studying his surroundings and learning new things than going after girls all day, and that's what makes him a rather likable young fellow. He may not be the biggest or bravest lion around, but whenever his family or pride are threatened, he will join the others in defending them, even if it meant giving his life.
