That plushed Coyote is gorgeous, such a nice colour! And the wolf! I've been looking for a wolf for ages, but it's so hard finding one that can be shipped to Europe :/

I got the wolf from someone off taxidermy.net for about $400. I had to drive out of state to pick it up.

That plushy 'yote is just stunning with that color! Do you use your pelts as wallhangers?
I have bones, no nice tanned hides yet. Got a bunch of dried deer hides sitting out back though.

I don't like using pelts as wallhangers. I would rather have them with the ability to give them form and restore their original beauty. I do have one as a wallhanger, though.

That's what I was thinking. The wolf is going to be simple standing pose, I was gonna have the skull right in front of him so it's right there and definitely eye-catching.
How big is Zero, anyway? From what I saw she looked a bit small.

And Zero is 61 inches from nose to tail I believe. She as long as my hellhound. I assume she may have been a yearling possibly? Or just a small wolf.

are those red fox scraps? If so and any need a new home I'm looking for a piece about 4x6 (inches).
You can see your purse so much better in this photo! You should take more pics of it outside so people can see it better!
You've got enough fur scraps to make some little bags or pouches if you wanted.

The only red fox scrap I have is about a 1x1 inch piece of skin. the other side is just a big tuft. I dont think I have enough for pouches or anything, all the pieces are pretty small.

I can't find some like I used to see but they used a shadow box and printed a piece of parchment style paper with the animals scientific name and region and then the patch of fur or hair was attached in the center.
I plan to make one for my mom using scraps from my deer since she asked for one.

you are welcome! I think they are very neat and have seen them with all kinds of furs. And uses even the smallest scraps. Finding the right frame for them is tricky but do-able.
