Description
Amtrak's River runner in Missouri. Train 316.First train out of Kansas city, first into St. Louis. Second out of St. Louis, Second into Kansas City. so you want to catch train 311 and 316. (I believe)
Beleive it or not, a local news company found out from Amtrak about this and did a quick story on it so we went out to catch it. Took 2 days but we got it.
