I'm not sure whether i live this picture or not...oh well.This is my entry for *meroe1313 's contest where we were given the theme light and dark and had to come up with a picture.
Its pretty obvious what my interpretation of light and dark is. I looked at *meroe1313 's character Aues [link] who struggles with demonic tendencies so i thought I should make light=good and dark=evil and draw a picture based on that.
So as you can see Aues is finding it difficult to chose whether to follow the demon or the angel. So its a pretty basic idea with a basic picture to match.
I hope I got his colours and design right. I'm open to critique before I send this to *meroe1313 .

Thank you so much for entering my contest! I love the concept of your piece, how you use the traditional angel and devil to show Aues' deep internal struggle (and it shows on his face too). Using blue for the angel and red for the devil was an interesting choice--it reminds me of Aues' brothers, in a way.

Nice job, I can really see how much Aues is struggling to make the choice. The only thing I notice is that "darkness" should have another "S" on the end. Otherwise, good luck!
