Description My grandmother browbeat my grandfather into sitting down so I could take a photo of him (after browbeating me into taking the photo!). She didn't like how unimpressed he looks, but I do. It's genuine.

I knew straight away that it was going to have to be a black and white photo. It just gives photos a bit more kick, I think.

Your grandfather has a very strong face the contrast and exposure is wonderful. Just look at those lovely wrinkles in his neck. Don't do this to your grandmother though.

Well, he's not really a fan of having his photo taken, which is why he doesn't look happy. I think the itty bitty smile was his attempt to pretend he didn't hate it, lol.
