Description
My birthday present to myself, a male albino ball python. I am blown away by how beautiful he is. Photos do not do him justice.
I got him from Garrick DeMeyer and I must say I am impressed. He is not only beautiful, but very mellow, apparently accustomed to being handled.

I'm usually afraid of snakes (Since I live in Australia and they're literally everywhere....=_=") but I just instantly fell in love with this one...

They are very beautiful, even the regular ones. But so many of the designer morphs are like living jewels.

my dad had a snake that looked just like this one an his name was popeye cause it was born with one eye... an the other eye wasnt there just skin over the eye socket...

Poor thing. He was lucky he wound up as a pet. Would have beem tough to try to survive in the wild with only one eye.

Ball pythons seem to be pretty docile. I have a bunch of them, and they are very mellow compared to my kingsnakes.

Thanks so much. I am quite pleased that he is not only beautiful, but quite mellow as well. I think it's so much better for the animal too, to be accustomed to handling. It's stressful enough for them just having to be shipped.

Thank you. I am really pleased with him. He really is Much prettier than the photos show, so I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box he arrived in yesterday.

I'm not huge on albinos but I really like him! He's got a nice pattern! I have a lesser 50% poss het albino but I don't think I'll be putting her towards albino... but I don't really have any idea what to do with her anyway

I really love the albinos myself. Yellow was always one of my favorite colors, and this guy just looks like an Easter egg.

I like very very nice albinos. heh. Most just don't really pop, or pattern isn't too interesting. I LOVE reduced patterns and I really like busy busy patterns on albinos too, like where the alien head dots are big, since they show up white on the albino. Or a nice blackback or stripe. Basically any nice pattern type. Which is why I love albino black pastels or cinnys. Killer pattern/contrast on them IMO. Yellow/Orange/red are probably my fav colors on snakes but I am also a huge sucker for DARK stuff like Ghi/Sable/Choc/Huffman/Black Pastel too.

I am really drawn to the yellows and bright yellow black combos, but like the pale pale ones, like mimosas too. Then again, event the normals float my boat. I Think I just like ball pythons. There are a lot of different beautiful snakes out there. But there is just something about the shape of the face and head on the BPs, makes me love em all.

What's one more mouth to feed? Besides, they're so cute and so many beautiful color morphs out there. You can't go wrong because even the normals are gorgeous!
