Description
Another one of my versions of the TMNT villains. Leatherhead: the Cajun gator.I'm trying to make him seem a little less cartoony and ridiculous. Also I'm practicing my cell shading a bit more. Trying to give it a little more depth.

the coloring is very nice. i love the head and body, the only thing that i'm not feeling are the feet and pinkies. the partially morphed human feet have kind of an ape feel to them.

I actually had a bit of an ape look in mind when I did the feet. Funny you should mention that. I was thinking his human aspect devolved a bit as he partially morphed into the alligator.

My favorite TMNT Villain by far. I like how he is still partially mutated, it's quite awesome. Man, I hope to see more of this from you.

haha. thank you. I figured with how non-scientific a lot of their mutations were, they'd probably be pretty half mutated in some areas.

True. I love how they made ol' leddahed look in Turtles in Time Reshelled, it seemed quite fitting.

This is one of my favorites! The lines are so simple and beautyfull. And the colors are amazing. It´s got this ¨clean¨vibe that I really like.

I always liked tha little plastic jawtrap he came with. It seemed more grizzly than most of the other accesories everyone else came with.

Oh yeah! I totally forgot that thing. I think I lost it almost immediately because I played with it so much. I eventually lost Leatherheads upper jaw too, because the turtles kept kicking it off.

I like how you differentiated the turtle by making him more yellow than our hero there...
This image somehow seems larger than the one you sent me. I still think the toenails should've been a liiiiiittle bit darker.
But well done. I do like this new shading technique of yours.
The little parts of his hands that are quite human are pretty cool too.

Hmmm. I can't remember... Haha. I know Raphael lost one in the Image Comics run though... But almost all of them got mutilated in one way... Actually, it might have been Leatherhead that bit off Leonardo's hand in that one.
