Description
This is a story of a time long ago, when the earth was still young, where superstitions and the sword ruled. It was a time of Ancient Gods, who where petty and cruel, plaguing mankind with suffering for their own sport, besieging them with terrors. For centuries the people had no one to turn to and the lands cried out for a hero. He was Ason, son of a mortal man but born to Nautara the powerful queen of the gods
Ason possessed strength of over a hundred men something the world had never seen but his greatest strength was that of his heart. He traveled the land righting the wrongs of warlords and kings but everywhere he went, he was tormented by the ancient gods who saw him as an abomination, a mixture of man and god that should never be.
No matter the obstacles as long as there was someone crying out there was one man who would never rest....eh...unless there was a beautiful maiden around...then...he'd get to it eventually.

Was thinking back to the mid 90's when I would stay up late on a Sunday night till 12:30,( I know, was anyone awake at such an un-godly hour) all so I could watch my favorite shows back to back Hercules and Xena. These shows ran on a simple idea: hero walks somewhere and someone would always come running up to them, asking for help. So I thought why not take a stab at making a hero that does just that, No home base, no secret hq, just roaming the land, punching evil in the nads, all the while shaking its finger in evils face being all "hey, stop being evil."

Gave him a short almost buzz cut hair do, just to stop all the comparisons from Hercules. Blatantly gave him the Hercules/Kevin Sorbo shirt, cuz it makes sense you're going to be walking around all the time, why not have something that breathes. no fancy gauntlets for this guy just some cloth wrappings around his forearms, added a pouch just cuz I wanted a place for him to hold his money. Yes he has cash, needs to pay for his food and stuff, can’t expect merchants to give it to him just take it cuz he's awesome. Added a back pack to prove he has other clothes but come on how many times you ever saw any of those other heroes ever change clothes. And a sword cuz well....duh... to stab things with. i see him as brave, kind hearted, funny and a lil goofy at times. and always distracted/getting in trouble when it comes to the ladies

I took this idea as far as to give him a best friend/partner and then made the young girl and other cute kid cuz if this was ever really a show, it would only be so long before someone somewhere said "add a scantily clad girl" that work for a season or two and then "throw in a cute kid." so I made them up and even drew a group shot.
