the use of humor, irony, exaggeration, or ridicule to expose and criticize people's stupidity or vices, particularly in the context of contemporary politics and other topical issues.
It's pretty much sarcasm. I mainly use it on my stamps to get my point across, particularly with controversial topics.
Because sometimes the only way to debate with people is to expose their flawed logic.
