Foxes are one of the most destructive pests in the country in which I live (Australia), beaten only by rabbits. However I find it impossible to resist that face.

It seems I wasn't descriptive enough. They are pests in Australia because they were introduced and do tremendous damage to native species, consuming their resources or simply eating them. They aren't pests in the sense that they are killed by people who are angry that the foxes are smarter than them and can't be bothered to better protect their food and/or livestock. I was referring to the former, as while I realise it is necessary to kill them for the benefit of others they are still adorable.
