Das ist echte einmal ein ungewöhnlich aussehender Rotfuchst mit einem schwarzen Schwanz. Die Variante von einem Rotfuchs ist wohl recht selten.

The correct term is "Cross fox", if you're interested ^^
Basically, it's a cross between a red fox and a silver fox, or a black morph of a red fox. You were very lucky to see one

Its a Smoky Red
Cross Foxes have way more gray/black in their fur.
Silver Foxes are the same as Red Foxes - just with Black/Silver Fur (both are Vulpes Vulpes)

Cross foxes can have any level of black in their fur, and it's actually the most common to see a cross fox with just a black tail. Since not every fox will look the same, giving examples of cross foxes looking different doesn't exactly prove a point. Just saying. And you can see the hints of silver creeping up into the fur from near the tail.
Also smoky reds have brown tails with a red undercoat, whereas this one has a black tail with hints of silver.
Anyway, that's enough analyzing photos of foxes for today.. xD

Well the photo got shoot in germany.
Many many Red Foxes here have a silver rear (especially in the seasonal Fur shedding time)
Sure Cross Foxes CAN have any stadium of Black in their fur
But in fact, every cross fox has a black belly/bust.
black/dark tails aren't uncommon for simply redfoxes / Smokey Red Foxes.
And Red Foxes have always a silver undercoat in central europe.

And yes, I can tell you are much younger than you imply, because an adult would be mature enough to know that the variety of a fox in a photograph is not something worth arguing about. So, unless you are too immature to function properly in society for a person of the age you claim to be, you are not an adult.

I didn't know there is a term for this fur pattern of red foxes.
For me a cross fox is a red fox with a black stripe along it's spine and another over it's shoulders, froming a cross. But I see why you could also call a red & silver fur pattern a cross fox

A cross between a red and silver fox always looks like a red fox with a black tail. Also, the term "Cross fox" is sometimes used for a color morph of a red fox that has that pattern of black in its fur too, so both are right
