Description
Something different from my usual Star Wars works. This is the core box art for FFG's reboot of the Legend Of The Five Rings franchise.
I used to do art for L5R cards back in the day when I first started out as an artist at Imaginary Friends Studio, so it feels good to get back into this again.

I saw this the other day, but on the box top of the L5R card game on FFG's website. Why am I not surprised to see it here? I should know that all the best artwork on their products comes from wraithdt. Lol. Great work, as usual. Really brings the game to life, and I can't wait to play it.

I might have a D&D book called Oriental Adventures that might have influenced this particular Asian-styled fantasy saga. Good work on yours. I've been wanting to do my own Asian-styled fantasy saga myself.

The original Oriental Adventures has very little in common with L5R, aside from being set in a Japan analogue. They did release L5R under the d20 system during the 3.5 days, however, and I believe they reused the Oriental Adventures title at that time.
