King Butler is the primary antagonist from Kyouryuu Tankentai Born Free. He is a ruthless big game hunter who seeks to add dinosaur heads to his trophy room wall and is opposed by the Born Free team. If he were to somehow find a way to the Avatar: TLA/LOK world I have no doubt he would take full advantage of the opportunity to hunt new species.
Alternatively, the 'Born Free' cast and story could be very easily transplanted into the Avatar: TLA/LOK world. You could say that the event that brought back the dinosaurs was caused by Harmonic Convergence and the Born Free team was assembled by the United Republic of Nations to protect them. In this scenario Asami would be the inventor of the team's vehicles.
Jinora and Kai were kidnapped while protecting endangered animals (possibly sky bison) from Butler. They were rescued in a joint effort by Team Avatar 2 and the Born Free team.
