I like this one the best of the two on account of that interesting angle you mentioned.
Your proportions are good, and you did a fine job on the foreshortening. You did a really good job of capturing the lines and character of the car. You have a great 'Toon like stylization to your work.
You have a nice range of values here. And good use of value changes to show the planes and contours of the body.
It's a very good piece of work!
