Nicknames: Comet, Blitz, Blitzard, Lizy

Parents: Twilight Sparkle and Flash Sentry

Occupation: None to his parents dismay

Likes: Flying at night, being the best, being right

Dislikes: Work of any kind, competition, losing

Background: As a child of a Princess and the Head of the Crystal Guard, there was a lot expected of Comet from a young age. Under the request of Twilight, Comet was immediately put into an advanced private school in which he was to follow in her footsteps and adopt her love of knowledge. However, he had trouble keeping up and often became distracted to the point where he was failing many classes. At this point Twilight had tried everything in her power to help him but eventually decided to transfer him to regular school and to let him start training with his father. They thought that maybe he would do better as a guard considering Flash’s blood ran through his veins. He didn’t. Comet was very unmotivated and stubborn, refusing to train and insisting that he was already good enough. His Father tried and tried to get his son to follow him but the young colt reared his head and ran away. After a while of talking and negotiating, Twilight and Flash let their son stop guard training and accepted the fact that he wasn’t going to do what they hoped he would.

Personality: Comet likes being better than everyone else however with his lack of work ethic and constant procrastination, he lacks the desire to put effort into anything. He has a similar cockiness and self confidence to Rainbow Dash but he doesn't have that same drive she did that made her one of the wonder bolts. Blitz enjoys relaxing and doing what he wants and hates being told what to do, something that made raising him really hard. He doesn't care much about anything, his jobs, other ponies’ feelings, his parent’s, and he’s left a lot of things broken behind him. Despite all of these negativities, he really enjoys having fun and really gets a party going, Comet can get even the most uptight ponies out on the dance floor. His zest for life combined with his almost nocturnal nature makes him a great clubber and a regular in Canterlot nightlife.
