For my New Dark Ages Series

The Socialist Human Republic of New Canada is a generally peace-loving nation. Unless you are discussing the Alaskans. When Alaska began taking land in the sub-continent of Yukon, New Canada saw it as a competition for control of Nunavut and Yukon (the 2 sub-continents. Yukon is on the East and Nunavut is on the West). They are currently at war but are at a stalemate. Systematic strips of land is owned by each opposing control on the others side, each refusing to fully give up the land it owns. While many hope for peace, both nations are just too stubborn.

The flag of New Canada is based of an early design of the Original Canadian flag, with blue bars on either side instead of red. The blue now stems into the white of the flag to represent the many rivers and lakes New Canada now has. A black hammer is added to the left for Socialism and a black fist for Humanity.

While they don't hate the Zan'jesh, New Canada believes that they would not truly know what is best for them and is on surprisingly good terms with the Zan'jesh Republic.
