wow cool but i wonder about someting when you start with the uv mapping you replace those vertex (hope the points are called like that ) in the right way but how do you know exactly how to replace them ? texturing sure is a dificult part

Definitely keeping this at hand if and when I get a chance to sit n' tinker with Blender in the future.

Your approach with it is really casual, and the captions are really useful too. It might be considered minor, but showing the shortcuts can emphasise how much more keyboard orientated 3d programs are. Not only that, but it means a more efficient workflow.
