Please criticize this creation so I can imporve my designs. Thanks.My ammo: .223 Remington and/or 5.56 x 45mm NATO

For those of you who may not know, I always print out a full scale photograph of the real gun (I check the dimensions) and overlay my creations on top to check for size and position issues. [photo of the printout shown below last and second to last link]
Here it is, version 2! Changes from v1 include new grips, a new vertical forehand grip attachment, a better extractor system, a smoother and cleaner charging handle, and better selector switches.
Please look at the other photos. The one photo doesn't do this creation justice.

As a matter of fact, I find it harder to make handguns than assault rifles. It's best to just make a beginning handgun that just looks like it's a gun, rather than trying to make, say a Beretta 92FS or a Glock. Just make something that looks like it's a gun. Let's send notes/messages back and forth about this stuff.

Go for it, I totally encourage LEGO engineering. I suggest making firearms, but it's really up to you.

Haha! Oh man, could have fooled me with the black and white photo. I'm a colour-photo type guy. I honestly couldn't tell.
Cool. But, when I see an H&K gun, the first thing I want to look for is the selector, and when it's difficult to see the selector, my H&K Gun identifier goes nuts. I'd say, put it in colour. But, if you don't like colour photos (which would be evident this black and white photo,) then disregard the colour photo thing. No pressure, or anything. Just a critique
