Description
I got in! Yay! Don't be afraid to hit me up for a RP! <3
I'm relieved to finally have gotten this done. Took me forever. But I am quite satisfied with my work.
Even if I don't get in, I had so much fun making Cecelia and it was quite the lesson lol.
Sorry if it's so long... ; _ ; ) This is what happens when I make up her entire backstory before drawing her lol.
If I need to edit anything or shorten it, please let me know!
Also, I wasn't sure whether to put Bone or Beginner for her class... ;;

- Super fast - vampire ability. Cecelia is able to cross large spaces quickly, which is something she uses constantly and has become a crutch for her.
- Super strength - vampire ability. Able to lift ten times her weight. This isn't a normal ability she uses, as she feels like it takes away her girly features. She tends to only use this in dangerous situations or when she's angered.
"Wow, you're so small! Like, a cute bunny, or a puppy. I just want to... pet you." - Cecelia Bennett to a student who is very cute, and small.

I apologize if I study you, but it just means you're really interesting to me, okay?" - Cecelia Bennett introducing herself in class.
Personal Information
likes:
- Blood/plasma. She craves the stuff, especially the latter. Cecelia doesn't have any specific preferences on blood type, more so on how healthy her victims are, and sometimes depending on what they eat and their race. She doesn't care for animal blood, but will drink it if necessary. Cecelia goes crazy when she sees blood, and will attack to drink. Even seeing something similar to blood can make her go enraged. Supernatural blood likes witches taste exceptionally good to her, while animal blood like werewolves are something she'll feed on if necessary and isn't something she'll commonly crave.
- Books, especially romance. Cecelia tends to read these whenever she's waiting, like before classes as she usually arrives early, or during parties when she's bored. Though she tends to put her books in a cover to hide the titles, and give out another title when someone asks.
- Cute stuff, from stuffed animals to cute bear-decorated notebooks. Almost all of her belongings have some sort of cute decoration with it. It's the easiest way to win her affections. When others have belongings like these, she tends to stare at the item in want.
- Sports. She's NOT good at them, but has fun playing them with people. She's actually horrible, so I'd recommend not inviting her to play. She also gets very competitive, which can annoy others, and she gets really angry when losing.
- Games, computer to board games. She loves playing games, her favorite are hide-and-seek, tag (cause of her speed), and any computer games. She owns a lot and likes to host game nights/slumber parties with friends. She'll sometimes cheat so watch out! She gots to use that super speed, yo!
dislikes:
- Being denied or rejected. Cecelia gets furious whenever people reject her ideas, opinions, or actions. Even things like the teacher denying Cecelia permission to go to the restroom angers her.
- When people point out her flaws. She sees herself as perfect (most of the time), and believes people should not put themselves onto her.
- Sometimes when using her super speed ability, it messes up her clothing and hair which annoys her greatly, especially during special events and during times that she's put extra effort. Because she uses this ability the most, it comes off as habit and she tends to not think about it when using it.
- When someone starts bleeding as it brings out her feral state. Unable to control her want for blood, she'll charge at the person wanting to drink from them. This tends to get her scolded (she has yet to kill anyone and is able to stop herself from drinking all of their blood. She drinks just enough to stop her craving), and is something she wants to work on.
- Killing, and will scold others of her kind for killing people, especially to feed.
- People who don't have blood coursing through their veins. She finds it weird. And she'll become grossed out and angered if she tries to drink from someone who doesn't have blood (ie. ghosts).
- The sun, and people who constantly try to get her to go outside even if she explains to them.
- Mirrors. She can not see herself in them, so it makes it harder to apply make-up, even doing her hair becomes incredibly difficult and slowly she is mastering it. She tends to still ask for help...
strengths:
- Super speed. She is exceptionally quick, and uses this ability of hers quite a lot. From transporting herself quickly between classes, to avoiding people, and during combat.
- Strong. From her vampire blood. It's not a common skill, and she typically only uses it out of instinct, dangerous situations, or when she's angered.
- Heightened senses, though no where near werewolves or even other vampires. The only one of her senses that is incredibly strong is her sense of smell, and is only for blood (and it must be out in the open, not concealed in anyway). Cecelia can easily identify the different blood types to animal types. Using her sense of smell and taste, she is easily able to tell exactly what race the blood is from, and if she had drank that specific person's blood before, can identify who the blood belong to.
- Easily able to memorize things.
- Doesn't require sleep. She finds it pointless, and when she does 'sleep' it's not usually sleep, more so her resting her eyes and daydreaming.
weaknesses:
- Blood. Not drinking enough weakens her incredibly, and not drinking any for a few days could kill her as well as disable any of her abilities and renders her to human level strengths. Also, blood can be a distraction for her, and if timed right one could put her in a feral state with their blood and take her out. Though, she is strongest in this state, but she loses her train of thought and only focuses on drinking blood.
- She must drink more blood than the typical vampire. Even when doing nothing, her body uses up the resources more quickly. Combined with the fact that she abuses her super speed, she must drink 10 times the usual amount, which means drinking from multiple hosts.
- Height. As she is short, she has a hard time reaching places with easy and will usually have to use her super strength and speed to leap to specific heights.
- Effects/weapons that mess with her senses. Loud noises, bright lights, and sharp scents are just examples of the many ways to get her distracted or incapacitated. These are also the reasons why she listens to music on lower volume settings.
- The sun. Spending long periods in the sun fries Cecelia's body, slowly burning her flesh. She can go out, but cannot remain outside for long times. While out, Cecelia spends most of the time in the shade, or carries an umbrella around. She also wears clothing that covers most of her body when out. She'll also wear sunglasses.
goals:
- To get over her harsh blood cravings.
- Graduate.
- Get a best friend (or more) that understand her issues and are willing to accept them.
fears:
- Losing control and killing someone. She fears her blood lust may dominate her.
- Abandoned. By family or by friends, so she tries to hold the image of the super-star child.
hobbies:
- Cooking. She loves to cook for the people she feeds on, to make sure they're healthy and taste how she's craving at the moment. But besides that, she also loves decorated her food, doing cute designs and such, especially if she can't eat the food.
- Decorating. From her room, to her books, she loves having cute decor.
- Books. She loves reading. Romance is her number one, but she'll generally read anything that pikes her interest.
- Games. From board games to computer games.
- Sports, or really anything team-based. Even if she's not very good at them, she likes being part of a team, mostly with people she likes.
personality:
- Quiet to people she doesn't know, she'll avoid eye contact as much as possible. While she's incredibly chatty to her friends. She'll even switch personalities, ie she's happy and chatty with a friend but instantly changes to quiet when greeted by someone she doesn't really know, but when they leave she instantly becomes happy again.
- Whenever she meets someone who may benefit her, ie. teachers, school partners, etc. - she'll put on a personality that she believes will fit the person. For teachers, being the star child, not too chatty and always asking questions. While talking with a more silent person, she'll be silent and hardly talk, trying to make sure what she says is important. While with chatty people, she'll be chatty with them. This state remains until she doesn't need them anymore... she'll even act like this even if she was cold to them earlier (not knowing them and not knowing that they would be important to her later).
- Action/Reaction. To strangers she'll keep talking to a minimum and will usually talk with her actions, such as walking away mid-conversation, or grabbing someone's hand to get their attention. With friends, she's way more chatty while also using her actions to speak.
- Kind. She tries to not say anything rude to people, unless it's something she knows they're okay with. This doesn't apply to teachers, especially teachers she doesn't like.
- Easily-angered, especially from teasing. Though, with people she's good friends with, she grows accustomed to their teasing and won't be mad, and will even sometimes tease back.
- Worried about trying new things, she's afraid of being an outcast. She tends to not try new things, wear new clothes that may not fit her (style-wise), or saying something wrong. Which is why she has a hard time making new friends, and will hardly speak to those she doesn't know.
- Trust issues. Besides Dimitri and Rose, she truly doesn't know who to trust, and how.
- Forgetful. She easily forgets things, such as homework, who she ate yesterday, etc. She may forget someone's birthday or their favorite color, or even the fact that she talked to them, even if they made an impression on her. She's also horrible with faces and names, unless they really stick out, but she still has a hard time putting a face to a name. - though she may remember you if you had something cute on you that she wanted (and may be plotting to steal).
Afraid of being rejected, Cecelia will never be the first one to speak unless some situation leads to it, but even during these situations she will never be the one to extend the hand of friendship even if the person is in worse shoes than her. Though she won't be rude to strangers, she won't be super friendly to them either. Her actions speak louder than words. If she says she's sad but can hardly keep still, it means she's excited and is lying for some reason. Is she distant to her friends but has a smile on her face, she's probably had a sad moment and doesn't want to speak about it. Do you have something she wants? She'll keep looking at the object, maybe touch it without your permission while you guys talk about a completely different topic.
This doesn't apply to people who she may benefit from. Ie teachers, class partners, people that work for her father, etc. She'll imitate their personality in order to fit in with them, and achieve her goal. Even if she already interacted with them beforehand, such as giving someone the cold shoulder, she'll pretend either as if it didn't happen (it was a different person), or that she was just having a day, any excuse to put herself in a good light. This also causes awkward moments with her where sometimes she may slip up, especially if this occurs over a long period of time.
With teasing, she can become easily angered. Don't talk about her height, if she failed a paper, or just point out her flaws in general or you may have a chair thrown at you, or a table... She'll turn into a little spitfire. Also, don't be too kind to her or she may become suspicious and think you want something more from her, she may become paranoid and believe you don't just want to be friends.
history:
Just a small note that this is in first person. c:
((Sorry it's so long, there's a TLDR at the bottom haha.))
I was born as a human, long ago. My parents were horrible people, more focused on their social group rather than their own child. Throughout many years of my life, I questioned if I was truly their child. With all of their money, they certainly could afford to adopt. Or, even steal a child, as they had no bounds. More than once had they hired a friend to take out another family for one ignorant reason or another. It pained me as the other children in my school refused to have any sort of contact with me. Even the teachers gave me no attention, I could not fail a class, not because I was just that good but because they were too afraid to give me a failing grade. I felt alone, any friends I had managed to make abandoned me when the rumors of my parents grew, fearing for their own family as if I was the same. It hurt.
Then, my life changed. It was after I turned sixteen, a cold Winters night when he appeared. My Master. His name was Dimitri, and he was a rich businessman visiting the city. Being a friend of another member, he was able to participate in an activity of my parents social group. He was eerily-suave, walking around my house as if he owned the place. He had no fears, and no more bounds than my parents. I was scared of the man, but my fears faded away once he spoke to me. Once we started to talk to each other, we couldn't stop. Over multiple visits, he finally gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. He'd wanted me to come with him. I had thought it was in a lovers sort of way, but he already had a woman, a woman named Rose, and he made it clear that he wanted to adopt me. I was heartbroken, but I quickly got over it, the prospect of living with him and actually having a family, especially compared to the family I had now, I could not let the chance slide. I accepted. And I knew, over time, I could make his heart want me. Little did I know what exactly his adoption meant.
He had purchased me from my parents, I was apparently worth a lot, and my parents were shocked by the offered amount and jumped at the chance to get rid of me. I had never thought myself to be a burden to them, but it began to make me wonder. But Dimitri reassured me, I was anything but. Which only made my heart flutter stronger. A couple of days of the perfect life had passed. It was everything I wanted, we ate dinner together like a real family, my room was decorated the way that I wanted with items I loved, we talked about normal things and talked about my schooling; I had yet been able to attend as we were settling and Rose wanted to give me time to adjust. But the oddness of Dimitri's home struck me, it kept trying to nudge it's way into my mind, to get me to see the signs. It was odd as they would eat small portions, my portion for my small size was three times bigger than their meal; they would disappear for long times during the night and always had weird answers whenever I questioned them; I even caught Dimitri and Rose drinking from a human once! At the time I didn't know about vampires, so I believed his response saying it was a form of foreplay. How naive was I? Well, back then that wasn't normal, now it's totally the norm...
It was a bit after that when Dimitri decided to reveal the truth to me. He had told me that when he adopted me was when he was going to turn me, but he soon grew in love with me as if I were truly his child. Let me tell you, that hurt, but it also made me happy. I had a person, who I felt like was my father, and he too felt like he was one to me. And because of that, he wanted to give me a choice. I could remain a human, live out my life as one, get married, have children, become a grandmother; on the other hand, I could become immortal, have the strengths and weaknesses of a vampire but be able to experience life in a new way, but this would be a permanent change. Becoming a vampire sounded perfect, but I had always dreamed of having my own family, my own kids. Becoming a vampire negated that in a way. I mean, I could turn others and make my own family, but that wasn't the same as giving birth, growing old. I wasn't sure of what to chose, so Dimitri gave me some time. He said I could live my life as a human until I decided I wanted to turn. I agreed, I mean, for sure I'd ask to be changed before I got wrinkles. I mean, I don't want to be immortal and have such unsightly features!
But it wasn't fate as soon after I grew ill. It was a disease which stemmed from my real-father's side. Incurable and fatal. I no longer had the choice, Dimitri was unwilling to lose me and so, he turned me. I was already in pain, so to me this procedure wasn't painful, and I was unconscious for most of it. When I came too, I felt better and soon found myself feeding on humans. Dimitri was a kind man and didn't believe in killing his prey, so he taught me how to do the same. Once he taught me the basics, showed me how to survive if I was ever on my own the walk of schooling returned.
Apparently vampires have their own schools. And even more so, apparently there were other supernatural creatures. It was amazing. I had never been interested in such stories, when I had thought they were just that. But now that they were real and a part of my world, I couldn't get enough. I read so many books that my Master owned, and would check out many at the Vampire library. Rose would tell me grand tales of various Supernatural creatures that she encountered. The Vampire school reminded me a lot of a normal human school, excluding the part about feeding on blood, and the actual curriculum. But socially, the school was the same. And then came my problem.
Now school, unlike home, I was unable to feed whenever I wanted, and was also limited by how much blood I received. It was during this time that I realized my addiction to blood, and realized the effect it had on my body. For some reason, my body uses the blood at a faster rate even when not doing anything that should use that much energy. It was abnormal and it was a problem. At the sight of blood, I am sent over the edge, wanting to feed. I enter a feral state, I am no longer myself, and I only have one goal in mind. Even the smell of blood has the effect of me, and I swore there was even a time it wasn't blood and just looked like it. It seemed as if the only time I didn't enter this state was directly after I had already fed. Which didn't do me any good in the long run. Dimitri, Rose, and I had tried multiple things, from me carrying around a pack of blood to slowly feed upon throughout the day, to different tests by Vampire doctors, I had even tried to switch my diet to animal blood but nothing seemed to work. This caused me to become an outcast at school. I would have thought that vampires would accept me, as it was me becoming one of them was the cause of my new state. But, as my friends left me, it was because they wouldn't be able to do much with me. They wanted to hang out in the human world, and they couldn't bring me if I started to go crazy just at the sight. And for the small person I was, I was strong and hard to control. I understood, but it still stung.
Centuries had passed, I had learned a lot from my vampire school, still attending. And my interest in supernatural and mythological creatures grew. When word of the Otherworlde hit my father's ears, he decided it was the perfect school for me. It wasn't something I'd normally be interested in, a dark magic school? I couldn't really do any magic, but they had other classes. And, Dimitri and Rose thought I'd fit in, if I'd ever slip up it'd be within the school where this sort of thing would be more acceptable. Plus, word spread that some of the strongest people taught at the school. Surely if Dimtiri didn't know how to help me, something there had too. He'd wanted me to join, to expand my horizon, plus my interest in other creatures was an added bonus. I'd be able to experience them for myself. It was agreed that I'd go and I was excited. I couldn't wait to partake in a new life, meet new people, meet new people who weren't vampires. And hopefully be able to fit in, to have my own friend. I hoped.

misc. information:
- Cecelia is able to lift even heavier stuff, hit harder, and run faster after drinking blood. This'll eventually wear off as the blood is used up by her body.
- She tends to speak more with her body then with her words to people she doesn't know. She is also more chatty with people she knows or people she hates. Her mood changes quickly, she could be happy chatting away with a friend, then have an unknown person greet her to which she'll quickly grow silent to give a small gesture, then return to cheery when talking to her friend.
- Has mood swings, watch out! It's usually affected by how much blood she's consumed. Drinking little to no blood will have her be quiet and moody, while drinking more than her fill with have her be more happy and chipper to her friends.
- Blood is always on her mind. She goes into a feral state when seeing/smelling blood. She can also identify blood, from the race to the owner of the blood if she had previously drank from them.
- She lacks the understanding of personal space.
- Tends to use her actions to get what she wants. Such as stroking/staring at their neck of she's thirsty, hugging them so they forgive her, literally clinging to someone when she's lonely, dragging people around when she wants to see something.
- Cecelia can drink from people with abnormal blood. Like aliens (I don't know if we can have aliens in the group haha), assuming they have something like green blood. Different blood have different effects on her. So far, she hasn't found any blood other than human (and to a certain degree animal blood) that she likes.
- While listening to music, the volume is usually really low so that it doesn't hurt her ears. To her, it sounds normal and she can hear it clear.
- She doesn't wear any perfume-like stuff, as it messes with her nose and can give her headaches. Though, she does bathe with scented soap, but it has to be specific not dominating scents.
- Likes to wear more revealing clothing, but if she knows she has to go out then she'll wear clothes that cover her body so that the sun doesn't bother her.
- Cecelia tends to jump from proper-speaking English to valley/gossip girl talk within seconds. She loves to be in the now and tries to speak like it, but during serious situations or sometimes by habit she'll speak properly; this also works in reverse and tends to annoy Dimitri when she speaks like a valley-girl.
- She likes to dress cutesy, especially if she can mix it a bit with her darker attire. Cecelia tends to avoid dressing in clothing that makes her older, and likes to keep the little girl image. On rare occasions will she dress in clothing that makes her appear older, and on even more rare occasions will she dress like this for fun.
- She is very supportive of her friends, especially when they become a couple though she tends to seethe with jealousy (if she's single). Though, she is genuinely happy and supportive of them, and this could lead to a bit of harsh teasing.
- She has notebooks that she filled with information about various species (and sub-species). She carries around the newest version that she needs to fill, and won't let anyone touch or look within. It's very valuable to her, and she updates it with every new sliver of information she receives - especially if it's proven true.

Dimitri - - "Omg, yes I love my Father, though he's more of my Master. If only he could see me the same way. But whatever, it's because of him that I am the way I am now. I owe the man I love my life. And I'll do anything to make him proud of me."
Rose - - "She is an awesome mother. She's beautiful, kind, can kick anyone's ass while cooking a mean meal. I aspire to be like her, well, except for the combat part, haha. I never tell her stuff like this cause she can get a little big-headed, but I really love her and her passion. And I really hope to grow up like her."
Rose DuLace - - "He's been so sweet to me, greeting me when I first arrived. He's been reassuring me to the horrors of the school, which I had not realized there were truths to the stories I had heard. Hopefully Mr. DuLace will continue to help me overcome my obstacles. And I mean, dayum, look at him!! He's so hot! With his beautiful hair, and the way he speaks----!!
Zacharie - - "Wow, this guy pisses me off so much! How can he and Rose be an item?! He's like the worst thing to ever exist! Ugh! He looks so hot, if only he kept his mouth shut!"
"I'm sorry, but does speaking like this annoy you father? Like, totally, gosh, omg! Mom loves it when I talk like that." - Cecelia Bennett speaking to her father. He does not approve of her improper speech etiquette.
Roleplaying Preferences
Notes, Skype, Googledocx, LinePlay, IMVU, or KaoKao. Just note me for the info. c:
I also love RPing lit, but I'm okay with doing script as well - though, sometimes I get really detailed with script as well...
Just as a note, I don't RP everyday, and sometimes it could take a week for me to reply. I don't like to RP when I'm not in the mood, cause that's not fun for me. ;; If I do take a while though, don't be afraid to resend it (especially if it says I read it) cause I could have forgotten... and I'll feel bad. I'll always let you know if I don't want to RP anymore!
I also love to plot. Just saying. c: Sometimes just RPing life with no destination bores me after a while haha.

He's totally my crush!" *slams her fists against her desk causing it to break in half* "That backstabbing bi-@#!$!!" *begins to slam her foot against the already broken table, causing it to break into more pieces while splinters fly everywhere. She kicks so hard that part of the tiled floor has become a small crater.* "I'll get her back! No one, no one messes with Cecelia!"

It was a long night for Cecelia, almost morning as the sun barely peeked over the distant mountains creating a gradient upon the nature in front of it. Standing in the halls of the school, she watched the sun rise from the large windows. It was almost time for her class to start, opting for an early class so she wouldn't have to worry about going outside in the sun. Hearing the bustle of students coming towards her, she quickly side stepped to let them walk by in the large group they were in, not wanting to be rude and block their path. As they walked by, her ears twitched as the sound of a thud came from her side. Looking over, someone had dropped their book. Seeing them walking away, she debated on whether or not to call out to them as she made her way over to the black and white spotted book before picking it up and observing the cover for a name. It had none.
"Hey, that's mine," a male called out as he came running towards Cecelia, his arm up as he waved to get her attention. Not that he was hard to miss, being the only other student besides her currently in the hall; the group of students already disappeared down another corridor. Cecelia didn't speak as he approached her and only extended her arm to give him the book, almost shoving it into his chest. "T-thanks," he stuttered, getting a firm grip of the book, afraid he'd drop it. The girl struck him as odd, but he felt rude if he questioned her. "Thanks," he said more clearly. "I'm-"
It was rude of her, but the bell rang signalling that her class was to start and she needed to hurry. Rather then head off without a rude, which she considered even more rude, she instead spoke hastily. "Excuse me, but I must leave." And she was off, using her super speed to make her way down the halls of the school and to her class, leaving the poor boy standing in the halls alone with his book in hand. She just figured, at least she was kind enough to pick it up for him before someone else had, though there was no one in the halls... She still found validation. She just wondered how he tasted as she sat in class, ignoring the lecture and licking her lips.
