This is Athena, a bald eagle whose been at the Oregon Zoo since 2003. She flew into power lines, dislocating both wings and breaking bones above her beak. The injuries hindered her ability to fly and because of that she couldn't be released back into the wild.

I'm still undecided on if I like the pic or not.....
