This flag is the representation of "Valsesia Indipendente"
Valsesia is a group of valleys in north-east of Piedmont, in the province of Vercelli in northern Italy.
The principal valley is that of the river Sesia.
The mountain community of Valsesia is located on the southern part of the Monte Rosa Massif, at the boundry
with the Valle d'Aosta Region...
The main activities of the Comunita Montana are related with territorial government, decision making and financial planning.
The mountain community has its origins in the "Council of the Valley" of 1946, but was officialy established as such in 1973.

Pop : 35.000
It rises at the average altitude of 797m above sea level and is covered with woods and forests for about 60% of its surface.
There are several autonomist and independist movements there, the most prominent being the Movimento Autonomista Valsesiano.
