This Skin Pack for CD Art Display 2.0 called "Coversutra" was initially created by mx-steel in DeviantArt and can be found here

After getting his permission, I release this Text-free version using the same graphics he drew. So full credit goes on him!

How-to :

Simply double click on the icon you just downloaded. Then right-click on the running CAD and select Coversutra from the Skin submenu.

That easy!
