You have to place the whole folder in a specific and permanent place in your hard drive. You also need both all the icons and the .iconpackage file for the packages to work.

I usually keep it on "My documents" and just double click the file .iconpackage to apply it.

It's worked for most people, so it has to be something you don't do right.

i think i fixed it, thaks anyway. i got somethin mac-like workin. theres a few packs for ipone icons but theyre all loose, rekon you could work on a iconoackage?

Nah. It's too complicated to collect them all.

After that, I have no PC on the house and thus I don't use Windows. I am only on Mac and Linux.

So, I guess not.

You need the commercial program called IconPackager which can be found here

You will have to install it, and click the .iconpackage file on the zip you downloaded from here.
