^Couldn't come up with a better title.
The sketch had beed lying around somewhere in my files and yesterday I got the inspiration to complete it. I got bored of my usual style to draw eyes and decided to experiment ^^ Tell me how it looks?
First time drawing curls Anthea Isabella Grenelli.
I like how Anthea's dress looks here ^^
She's waaay pretty, but I couldn't "capture" it here. -__-
The "light" made the frill lose its colour, but still it looks good
The sand is edited by me. :3
Haven't decided a name for the guy yet. How about Naveed? or Ali?
This took a lot of time and effort, and I have never drawn clothes better than this before, I think this is one of my greatest works. ^_^

the saudi mans usually wear shemagh (the red one) but yeah we wear the ghutra too (white)
but we don't wear the black and white one << Palestinians and jordians they wear it i think

I have seen some desert related art..
but its all dry.. the colors don't bring the feel... the life..
but amazingly you've composed this very nicely..
Arabs have a charismatic personality... it's easy to sketch an arab.. but to give him such persona is hard..
This guy's character (though not much of his features are visible), perfectly portrays a young arabic guy..

I was born in Oman.. had my schooling over there.. then came to pakistan for high school.. then came to cyprus for university..
my family is in Oman..
that makes me more than 47.83% Omani

This year in April I was offered the scholarship to live in USA under government protection with a Pakistani family and study there for 1 or 2 years... I refused and never submitted my application which was prepared by my institute. I can't live without mom and dad! And now I'm here while 4 of my friends are in USA... Do you think I made the right or wrong choice?

It depends on how you define right/wrong..
Its not about right or wrong.. what really matters is that you are satisfied.. to stay with mom nd dad is more important to you.. so you made the right choice.. nd you've your whole life ahead.. you can go to US whenever you want to in future..
After my 10th.. I also had to live away from my family.. which was the hardest thing to do.. but I wanted to experience it.. but all the time I was in touch with them.. obviously calls and video chats are no where close to being with them.. but still I knew we'd meet again
When you feel... that you should go to the US.. you should... nd don't think of it as leaving your family..

Hmmm.. I was wondering, if its about culture and communication, we could show a ground, with a woman carrying a pot on her head, going towards her home and by its side a car with a bunch of "party wild" teenagers" (that would come in change of culture) and in the same picture, in the background would be the sun with some pigeons (who carry messages), and by its side electrical poles (change in communication!) but can we even show all that in a photograph -___-
