First of all I really liked your character. So lets talk about some other major/minor things.
Vision: As it is anime character of yours so animes are mostly of same look so can't say any thing about the vision, but I can surely comment on the bracelets(all the jewellary) is really a job well done!
Orignality: The clothing and the motion in this picture is really good. One thing that confuses me is the print on the cloth, it is dead straight. and doesn't look good that way, the print should be along with the cloth.
Technique: The technique used for the line art and the coloring is really good and appealing to the eyes as it is not that crystally but it is shiny and bright. but the Technique used in the floor is not good as it is not giving the perspective that it should have given due to the angle of the character!!
Impact: the motion, as I written above, is pretty great and one can actually see the girl runnign forward, there is some problem with the left foot of the character but the overal character and the looks hides that fact.
As for the future, I would love to see more of your work. All the best.
