Description
In my tradition of making my own designs for every gym leader and every elite four member and champion... I present to you my designs for the Johto Elites! The roster for the most part resembles the original Elites from and Gold/Silver!

I am designing the Elites series in the fashion of the Unova, Kalos and Alolan Elites, in which you can battle the four in any order you deem appropriate.
The Johto Elites comprise of:

~Will~ A true showman, this psychic-type pokemon user carries out every move with flamboyance and style. He's warm and charming in a way that contrasts the cold, calculating natures of psychic types. His outfits are quite peculiar, complete with a masquerade colombina styled after his favorite pokemon, Xatu!

~Koga~ Koga is one of the most experienced Elite Four members of any region, having been a Gym Leader for many years first. As a ninja master, he shows himself to be an intimidating foe, and he enjoys using poison-types and their proclivity for causing status conditions like paralysis, poison, burns, and sleep. His partner pokemon is his Venomoth.

~Gryffin~ A new member of the Elites, but no stranger to pokemon battling. He is a veteran, having participated in many wars against Team Rocket. He has a loud nature: prone to shouting, in both anger and excitement. He is also an excellent marksman with all types of firearms and loves the sound of gunshots. He accidently stumbled into mastering the newly discovered sound element when his two favorite pokemon, a Noctowl and an Aggron, were both reclassified with this new typing.

~Karen~ As with Will, Karen has a personality that contradicts the stereotypes of her pokemon specialty, possessing a kind heart and an understanding of her dark-types. Karen was the first person in the world to specialize in dark-types, and even still, she is the strongest of the few in her field. Her philosophy is that there are no weak or strong pokemon, and that great trainers use their favorites, and her favorite is her Umbreon.

~Stellan~ An elite aristocrat who is a paragon of eloquence and poise. Speaking with an extensive, intelligent, and poetic vocabulary in a dignified manner, Stellan can come across as arrogant or snobbish, but he really is a kind gentleman. He very quickly mastered the newly classified light-type pokemon, claiming to have a spiritual connection with them, especially his Blissey.
