My half of an art trade with super amazing and lovely . Do yourself a favor and go check her half of this trade, it's so cool and I love it so much!She asked me to draw her team from Explorers of Sky in this very iconic scene from the games.
Did you know that I can't make good bubbles? Yeah. Those bubbles were pain in my butt. Also making this on a paper that's not watercolor paper was my best idea ever.

This is my favorite scene from that entire game, both times when the bubbles are floating around at sunset. This also makes this my favorite end credits sequence EVER, in all games, and actually a huge reason Sky is one of my favorite games EVER.
I'd think bubbles would be hard to make with watercolors, and these turned out great. Give yourself some credit! ^_^

I didn't make the bubbles with watercolors. I used acrylics for that.

The ending in Sky was very emotional, but only the end of Red\Blue Rescue Team brought my tears out :') Maybe because I was angry at that Roar of Time idiot... Hey, the bubbles are great, silly!

That scene is so deep. I remember finding one wonderful piece of art of an eevee in the same scenario. But she was crying. Crying alone in the sunset because of her lost friend. So freaking sad.

are you kidding me? those bubbles are amazing! the last time I tried to make bubbles they were hideous af while these look really shiny and pretty!
but damn, this is beautiful. the way you coloured the water is incredible, i absolutely love all the different shades, be sure that I'll use them as future reference. also love how you did the texture of the sand, that's something i often overlook haha
BUT OFOBNGBDKBNGBGNBK THE POKES ARE ADORABLE. how do you do that? that's gotta be the most beautiful rendition of shinx i've ever seen, those ears look so, so much better than those horrible things in the original artwork. not to talk about that derp expression

Hahaha oh my gosh I can't take this asdfgh
This was probably my first time drawing a Shinx, I just looked its model from Alpha Sapphire and did couple sketches before actually drawing it in this. Basically that's how I draw Pokémon, I just look up their models from AS and make sketches based on them. There's literally nothing else.
Also I spent a ridiculous amount of time painting that water
