Just to say, equestrian breeches usually have a leather or "grippy" fabric part sewn on the inner legs (sometimes the thighs, some and crotch to prevent chafing and to keep yourself in the saddle, and it is usually colored differently. Totally up to you if you do it, but I just thought you'd like to know for details sake

While I love the Jocky uniform, isn't Emily blind?
I'm sure she could pull off the look, and riding a horse should be well within her ability, but racing is a situation where you need to be able to see in front of you. All the sensitive ears in the world wouldn't be able to filter out the wind and the sound of a bunch of hooves stomping all at once.
That aside, these are some damn snazzy clothes. I wish I had the talent for drawing clothing that you do. All I seem to be good at is anatomy.

I know it's confusing, because we still haven't put up an actual character page (and because you can't actually see their hair/faces) but Emily is deaf, not blind. Sofie (whose fashions you can see here: [link] ) is the blind protagonist. ;D

I've often wondered, how do you design your outfits for all of your characters? Do they have significant meanings or reflections of the different personalities you develop for them?

Oh, definitely. There isn't really a formula to how I dress my characters, but I definitely take into account their personality when picking color schemes, for example. There are a ton of things to consider. Are they rich? Are they the type to buy designer brands, or something more handmade? What sort of image are they trying to give about themselves with their clothes: sexy/eccentric/conservative? Is it a uniform? Does it reflect a religious belief?
I'm sure there is probably some kind of tutorial out there somewhere if you need a direction to go in. Because like it or not, a person's choice (or lack of choice) has a message.
