It's Charlie riding some dude dressed like a horse! Being a popstar means you get to do all sorts of cool things, like weird photoshoots to advertize random girl things. thinks this should be a lipgloss ad, but I think it's more perfume.I had the sketch for this laying around for a while, decided to try to tighten up the lineart a bit. I hope to color this eventually, but for now I am sick of looking at it, lol. I looked at reference for the muscles, but it still doesn't look quite right to me. Oh well, I'm going to just leave this here for now, I need some sleep. T_T

Considering Charlie's part Filipino, I thought the horse guy costume is a reference to the tikbalang which is a creature in Philippine mythology XD;
Even if it's not intentional, I find it Lady Gaga + Philippine myth which is an awesome concept.

This is pretty awesome in an over-the-top way.
The only thing that kinda irks me is that Charlie's lines are nice and thin, and then Mr. Horsey has these thick chunky lines. It's especially obvious around her legs/his torso.

It looks more like a Red Bull commercial to me. Either that or Charlie is the female answer to the Old Spice Man. She's not just on a horse, she's on a man who is dressed like a horse!
The line art is really good but looks more like the art in cartoons such as Invasion America instead of your style. Maybe when you get to colour it the lines will behave an your style will shine through. Good luck!

I totally love the idea. 
The anatomy on the thighs is a little off, as well as the biceps and deltoid seem just a bit twisted, for the lack of a better word. On the thigh (especially the left, my side) the muscles look a bit more like interwoven and twisted strands rather than layers (and they don't seem to be going from the pelvis to the knee). On the right thigh there seems to be a little undue flexing on the quadriceps.
(That reads like too much critique for something that is really awesome! ;___; )
