Greetings
Memories of childhood fade but emotions remain in their complexity. I'm caught uneasily between animosity and a need to forgive.
A rumination on our shared world, inspired by my sister's interpretation of paper boats .

This is a well-done image.
Reminds me of the tale of the lost captain.
In case you don't know how it went:
[You fold a paper bat before telling the story], you start by showing the boat telling about this captain sailing is ship across the sea. Then he faces a terrible storm. [You hold the top of your paper boat] as you tell how the sails were ripped off. Then the stem and stern (front and back of the boat).
The boat was done for and all that remained from that fatal voyage was his shirt, [unfold the torn paper boat to see it turn into a shirt.]

I like the design, at first it seemed like a cool coat of a mysterious man, but now that I see it made of paper, its even cooler.
I can imagine him chasing after boats in a Giant paper ship that never sinks and always repairs itself.
