Oven ready lasagna noodles 1-2 boxes
Jack Cheese & Mozzarella
3-6 Cooked, Chopped Chicken breast (seasoned with what you like, I just used simple salt&pepper)

Baby bella mushrooms 1/2 - 1 LB (chopped small)
2 medium to large Tomatoes (chopped) - Optional
Alfredo sauce (1-2 jars)
Ricotta (1 small container)
Pesto (1/2 - 1 cup)
salt, pepper, garlic (to taste)

Mix all ingredients to make the sauce except for shredded cheese and noodles

in a lightly oiled pan make layers. Sauce, Cheese, Noodles in that order till pan is full or you are satisfied (last layer should end after cheese)

I made this for 75 people so I guessed on the amounts for a more reasonable sized meal xDD
Bake in Oven 350°F 1 hour - 1.5 hours covered then about 30 min uncovered to toast the cheese.
let rest for about 20 minuets before slicing, for it not to fall apart.
