You need a Style Builder (I use Ave's Vista Style Builder - don't let the name confuse you, it's good for W7 too), and Adobe Photoshop.
To have a rough idea of how the program (Style Builder) works, here's a guide:

How do I get smooth borders like yours? tried ribbon disabler, didnt work... so installed it for nothing... another idea?
And as you can see the time and language is too big for the taskbar... if you know a way to get it how it should allways free to tell me.
PS: why the hell is the text from windows 8.1 in my right border below suddenly with my second clean install (had some proplems with the theme when downloaded aeroglass that crashed my computer so ran a clean install)

Sorry I myself am quite bad at trouble-shooting Windows 8 / 8.1 issues (hence why I do not make the ports myself).
For the time, you have to install the fonts I've provided, and also set the time to 24 hour format in Win8, otherwise it gets out of its box.
I used Aero blur tweaker (then "hide blur") to get the smooth borders, not sure if that is also the solution on Windows 8.1, or you have to use some other app.

EDIT: the aero blur tweaker is no option... windows 8.1 don't let it go through since its not updated for windows 8.1 yet unfortunatly

when I open a window i'd like it to be nicely in theme not with the white borders around text no white i should say actually (my english isn't that good I'm from Belgium sorry)
And the time, if those are fixed I'm the happiest guy in the world (maybe thats when I get a job and a girlfriend as well first....

I have fixed some bugs of the theme.
for theme needed this tools
1. theme patcher
2. old new explorer & startisback
3. aero glass or winaroglass.
@TheRileyss
for jumplist you need startisback to solve the problem.
for the white box in caption you need aero glass , if you want to remove complete the caption text you can use the old new explorer.

for jump list use startisback
if you want to remove the white from windows use winaeroglass

Sorry the very reason I'm having the ports made by others is that I don't currently have Windows 8 / 8.1 installed on my PC (I have a tiny HDD).
As such, I sadly know little of troubleshooting on W8 (I only had it installed for ~2-3 months).

Found it on reddit and immediately wanted it.
I've installed it a few minutes ago, but it doesn't look like it's supposed to look like...
First the explorer doesn't look right. I feel like I have to do the "TakeOwnership" thingy.
And then there is the problem that "TheRileyss" also has. I tried the Ribbon Disabler, but it didn't help.
Important for me is the explorer. You got any ideas how to fix that?
(I am using Win 8.1 and haven't changed the icons yet.)

Not sure why it does that, but it seems like it's sizing of the window frames is off as well...
I'll try to see what might be causing it when I can finally install Windows 8.1 again; the guy who ported the theme actually suggested me quite a good way to eliminate possible problems which I really ought to implement.
For now I can't really help too much sadly, but will definitely try to do so as fast as I can.

I installed your previous version and as a result already set up windows to take 3rd party themes so I thought I could just move it to themes and start it but all it seems to have done is turn my stuff blue

Yeah, the one I've been using is titled "LoL Game VS" and is right next to this (the 2.0 version)
I went through all the steps a while ago for the other one so that's why I thought it was strange it wasn't working here.
