Up next... the day my creativity was on holiday.

This is the cover art to my second fanfic, The Tyranny of Captain Cronus, which is based on the Disney Junior show, Jake and the Neverland Pirates. What am I doing with my life when I'm writing stories aimed at toddlers?

Anyway, the story involves the big, mean-looking captain on the left (Captain Cronus). He is the captain of a group of pirates onboard a ship called the Grey Raven. Together, they find Neverland and, after getting to know the land and its people, stage a massive plot to claim every bit of treasure as their own to fill Cronus's hunger. And it doesn't stop with just gold, silver and diamonds.

Like I said before, this cover is not the most creative I've made. We see the main character, Jake, on the right and the main villain on the left having a scowling contest. I wished to show a clear divide between good and evil; hero and villain. In the background is the Grey Raven's jolly roger, which is a grey flag with an insignia of a raven's skull.

Here's a fun fact: originally, Captain Cronus was going to be named Captain Falkner. It was a short while later I realised I was essentially naming him Captain Falcon. And I figured nobody would take him seriously if he shared the same name as the character from Super Smash Bros.
