The quote in the poster is something that Zero pointed out about the Emperor of Palamecia (later the ruler from Hell, and I'm not kidding on that one) from Final Fantasy II while playing Dissidia
Seriously, doesn't Mateus looks like Jareth? O_o
He even sounds like him! ( except that the Emperor was Christopher Corey Smith in Dissidia)
I wonder if Yoshitaka Amano was inspired by Jareth for the Emperor design?
