This is Popuri, she's from the harvest moon games. I wanted to draw a scene from the game so I did her asking you candy for Halloween. She's actually too old to go trick-or-treating, but, as she puts it, it isn't fair that only children can go collect candy. So she'll demand candy from you.
My coloring style hasn't changed really, I just add some more effects than I used too. I finaly know how to use the filters and such.
