Nope, it's not the porn I swore I swore I'd draw for these two for having such maddening hair (see [link] [link] and [link] for details), but I think Yugi's face in Anzu's cleavage (sorta) comes close.

Anyway, this is a huge arse sheet of me trying to get better used to drawing Anzu and Yugi's hair and experiment with the styles a bit. I even based a couple off of screenshots to help me better convert them into my style. While I think I've succeeded in getting used to Yugi, Anzu is still not right.

She must be punished for having such maddening hair. Hm, perhaps I shall expose her to more Mary Sues or fan service...

Anyway, as you can probably make out from the tiiiiny numbers that this was actually drawn over a period of months. See? I wasn't totally inactive while waiting for the opportunity to actually scan stuff. There's other drawings too, but they're not scan-worthy (yet) for either scraps or my main gallery.

I think it was about halfway through this picture that I decided to add in captions from these two to go with their various expressions. I might make a transcript of everything that's being said if anyone really needs me to, what with my tiny sloppy handwriting and all.

Yes, yes, I needed to add in doodles myself in the blank spaces at the end. Along with commentary. When you spend a lot of time drawing some sketches of characters in order to better your art I feel you should be allowed to indulge your ego somewhat. With me it's looking cool as I bask in the glow of my work (and ego) and making a comment or two. They are pretty cute aren't they~?

Let's see, what else, what else to add on more rambling to this description... Oh yeah, I have no idea what Vivian's doing off-screen. Humping a Yugi plushie when she thinks no one is watching? Striking freaky poses and calling attention to them in the worst possible way? I have no idea, but it must be anime sweat-drop-worthy so you'll just have to use your imaginations and be creative!

Originally I had planned on this page being taken up by nothing but Anzu and Yugi heads, but then when I was getting to the end and was running low on space some inspiration hit me. I planned on drawing them SD (Super Deformed) and snuggling all cute-like, but then they ended up more MD (Medium Deformed) instead. Oh well, they still look cute. And yes, Yugi has muscles. Look at the screenshots. He could probably pick up Anzu if a certain Pharaoh's feats of physical prowess in the series are any indication. Okay, maybe not, but he's still cuddly anyway, right?

Suggestions on how to improve my style of drawing these two are welcome. Especially for Anzu. I swear... it's more than a little vexing how difficult her hairstyle is.

Next up, more concept sketches! Possibly. I know I have Ryo, Bakura, Malik (both Dark and normal), Isis, Rishid, Shizuka, Ryuji, Yugi's mother, and even Sugoroku on my to do list. Oh and the Sue from Superfluously Duplicitous. Hah! Betcha didn't think I was gonna sneak in some advertising for a story and I wrote in this picture description. [link] I know I forgot to do it in my last pic where I mentioned Anzu meeting Mary Sue ([link] ), but I'm solving that here. (No, the Sue Anzu meets there isn't the same as in the fanfic.) Also, shockingly enough everyone's in character and there's no fourth-dimensional wall breaking! Though I guess that doesn't make her a Sue so much as a fangirl.

Yes, I rambled more than usual in this description. I say it's my right and pleasure to do so after this took so long to get finished and scanned. But I shall give you an amusing parting comment before I go to the copyrights and such.
