I remember the Gorns from one photo from the first Star Trek series. Their heads looks a little like the heads of Carnosaurs.

Carnosaurs are big, meat eating dinos. The most famous Carnosaur is T-Rex, there are also more of them like Tarbosaur, Albertosaur, Allosaur, Megalosaur, Carnotaur and Ceratosaur. All of them are similar, but Carnotaurs has horns above eyes and Ceratosaur has horn on the nose. Spinosaur and Beclespinax are those dinos who has something... Well, I can't to name that. On their back is something similar to that what Dimetrodons and Ouranosaurs has on their backs.
