Great... the skirt has to be connected to the (下半身 bone) which is lower body bone.


All you need it to make sure that the parent of all the upper bones of the skirt is 下半身.

also, check out the physics ( rigged body ) tab. the body with this name "下半身" should be connected to the right corresponding bone which is 下半身 of course.
