Oooh, yes, very nice. The pose, proportions...just about everything is perfect. The character design is excellent, and I love how you did the hooves.
I think I figured out why the lineart looks sloppy, though. You have such thick lines on some parts, and this picture is no exception. The whole thing looks great, but because of the grittiness of the thicker outside lines, it kind of makes it look a little sloppy. The thicker the lineart, the more vibrant and noticable the coloring needs to be. For the finer lines that you have, everything is perfect. Thin down the thicker lines and this is great.

Well, her mother wanted her to have braces, but Cornelia said the crookedness of her horn was part of who she was and wanted to keep it the way it was.
