Bloody hell mate, that's some serious modelling! That's an amazing level of detail. Fantastic job on the actual construction parts, especially the way you included those nicely curved beams. You actually modelled all the floorboards!
The toughest part though, is to include that fantastic element in the design, which sets it apart from 'your average old building'... and you certainly succeeded there!
